LOCATION:
We  are located at 796 E. Kiowa Ave., Unit H5, Elizabeth, CO  80107.  Our kitchen is in the Countryside Village Shopping Center and we are in the back section of the space with Sweet Alfas Bakery & Cafe.


HOURS:
Hours in the kitchen are available on a regular monthly basis with a signed lease agreement and on a per-event basis as well.  Liability insurance is
required with the Elizabeth Commissary as additional insured on your certificate of insurance.

KITCHEN INFO:
The kitchen is equipped with a 6-burner range, convection oven, freezer, refrigerator, dry storage, a 20-qt Hobart mixer, a mixer, blender and microwave
oven.  We have three stainless steel tables for work area.

More  commercial processing equipment will gradually be added. This licensed commercial kitchen is great for caterers and mobile units, folks who want to preserve their garden harvest and bakers who do not need specialized commercial equipment.  We are approximately 15 miles from Castle Rock and Parker, right on Highway 86 in Elizabeth.

RATES:
The rental rate and monthly membership fee is on a sliding scale, depending on the monthly usage.  The more hours used, the less the rates are. There is no minimum requirement or monthly commitment.  We just ask that you use the hours you reserve.  There will be a cancellation fee equal to your reserved hours and rate per hour, for cancellations in which notice is not given within at least 24 hours prior to the reservation. Businesses are allowed to share the kitchen during their use.  The kitchen is available 24/7 and off-peak hours are at a lesser rate as well.  One shelf of storage is included in your monthly rental fee.
